Description:
1.Boiler rotates clockwise and sprays syrup and mixed syrup materials on the chip in the boiler in multiple times, enabling the syrup-mixed material to be evenly coated on the chip and sugarcoated tablets to tumble in the boiler. Meanwhile hot air is blown into the boiler to dry the surface moisture on tablets so as to produce certified sugarcoating pills.
2.The machine enables tablets to be formed in optimal materials curve flow in reasonable shape and stable linear velocity so as to meet the technological requirements of coating sugar-coat.
Applications:
Water nut type sugarcoating machine is mainly used to press shaped slice, pill and the coating of granules in pharmaceutical industry, and also used for candy manufacturing or coating in foodstuff industry.
