Drying principle:
Raw material is placed into Teflon tray with rotation running in the machine, its orientation of polarity will be changed under high speed changing High-Frequency Electromagnetic Fields effecting, so all of the inner molecular will run and touch each other. Then the Micro wave field energy will change into Heating energy to make raw material heated and its temperature rise to reach final drying purpose.
Sterilizing Principle:
Micro Wave sterilizer is taking advantage of its Thermal effect and Non-Thermal effect for sterilization to kill the micro organism.
