The single-effect external circulation vacuum concentrator consists of a heater, an evaporator, a defoamer, a condenser, a cooler and a liquid receiving tank. The parts of the contact material are made of stainless steel. The equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in pharmacies, food, chemical, light industry and other industries. The concentrated time is short and the evaporation rate is fast, which can better protect the heat sensitive material from damage.
Features:
Alcohol recovery: The recycling capacity is large, and the vacuum concentration process is adopted. It has 5-10 times higher productivity and 30% lower energy consumption than the old similar equipment, and has the characteristics of small investment and high recycling efficiency.
Concentrated liquid material: This equipment adopts the combination of external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation. The evaporation speed is fast, the concentration ratio can reach 1.3, the liquid material is concentrated in the sealed state without foam, and the liquid medicine concentrated by the equipment is used. It has the characteristics of no pollution, strong medicinal taste, and easy to clean (open the upper and lower covers of the heater to clean). The device is easy to operate and has a small footprint. The heater and the evaporator are made of stainless steel insulation structure, and the outer layer of the insulation layer is made of stainless steel sheet, and the surface is mirror-finished or matt-treated.
Structure and performance:
The single-effect concentrator is composed of a heating chamber, a separator, a demister, a vapor-liquid separator, a condenser, a cooler, a liquid storage tank, a circulation pipe, and the like, and the whole set is made of high-quality stainless steel material.
The inside of the heating chamber is a tubular tube type, and the shell side is connected to the raw steam to heat the liquid inside the column tube, and the filling chamber is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve to ensure production safety.
Hempseed oil
The appearance and characteristics are very close to the low iodine value of linseed oil, but slightly greenish.
The approximate fatty acid composition is: 10.1% saturated acid, 16% oleic acid, 46% linoleic acid, and 28% linolenic acid.
The acid value is 3 mg KOH/g, the iodine value is 149-167, and the relative density is 0.925-0.933 (15/15 ° C). The freezing point is about 16 °C.
The main ingredients are glycerides of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid.
Used in industries such as paints and soaps.
