The material powder particles are in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed). After being preheated and mixed by the heated air after purification, the binder solution is sprayed into atomization, so that several particles are gathered into agglomerates containing the binder.
Due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, the water in the agglomerates evaporates. The binder solidifies, and this process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.

Principle
The fresh air is filtered by the two or three filters and then enters the heating system for heating. After heated, the hot air enters into the drying chamber and blows up the material in the bowl of the FBD and lets the material into fluidization conditions. During this period, the material is dried. When customers use the machine, they can set the procedure and oarameters according to the process requirements, and then start the machine.

The machine is mainly used for drying powder or granules from pharamaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and some other industries.
