Mainly used for packaging: powdered granular and powdery materials such as seasoning powder, sugar, coffee, medicine, etc. Automatic filling and packaging machinery that realizes three-side sealing. Equipped with different feeding devices, it can realize the packaging of various materials such as granules, powders, tablets, and pills.
1. The packaging machine only adopts a pair of hot roller sealing devices, which can realize the horizontal and vertical sealing of the packaging bags at the same time. 2. The sealing pattern adopts a complete and continuous checkerboard pattern. 3. The cutting knife can be one of two methods: flat knife and serrated knife. 4. The working process of the whole machine includes: bag making, filling, sealing, making easy-to-tear slits (optional), cutting and other main processes. 5. The packaging speed of the machine is controlled and displayed by frequency conversion speed regulation, and the sealing temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. 6. The feeding device adopts the method of measuring cup and measuring plate, counting method of measuring plate, screw method and so on. Taking the instant noodle seasoning powder with a length of 70, a width of 70 and three sides sealed as an example, the packaging speed is more than 100 packs/min.
