Pharmaceutical Dryers are specially designed drying units that are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. These pharmaceutical dryers are capable of drying materials effectively and efficiently by using steam, electricity, or gas as a heating source. They are designed to maintain strict temperature control and feature PLC/Touch Screen control system with superior accuracy. Moreover, the voltage of Pharmaceutical Dryers is set to 380V±10%, 50HZ, 3Phase, 5Wire, which makes it a reliable and safe solution for industrial applications. Pharmaceutical Dryers are also suitable for coffee freeze dryer and Pharmaceutical Evaporator System.

Freeze-dry, as its brief name suggests, is a seaworthy drying process of materials that have water content within them. Firstly, the material is frozen solid, then the water in it is turned into vapor through sublimation. The vapor is then removed, preserving the material.
As for products in a solution state, they are firstly frozen by sublimation and desorption, which brings the solute content down to a certain extent. This process prevents the formation of micro-organisms and chemical reaction between the solute and solvent, allowing the product to be preserved for long periods of time and maintain its natural state.
The method of vacuum freeze-drying is a process of liquid → solid → gaseous. In this process, the "liquid bridge" between the solution particles is turned into "solid bridges". This fixes the relative position of the particles and eliminates any surface tension between the two particles. And as the solvent continues to evaporate, the "solid bridges" become fewer and fewer, until they completely disappear. Although the particles' relative positions still remain the same.
Pharmaceutical dryers must be packed and shipped with the utmost care. All components must be properly secured and cushioned against shock. All packaging materials must be clean and free of debris and contaminants. Any trace of moisture must be eliminated.
A sturdy cardboard box is recommended for shipping pharmaceutical dryers. The box should be large enough to contain all components and should be sealed with packing tape. A layer of bubble wrap or other cushioning material should be placed on the bottom of the box to protect the dryer from shock. Additional cushioning should be added between each component and the box walls. The box should be clearly labeled with the contents and destination.
The box should then be placed in a larger box or crate and surrounded by more cushioning material. The outer box should also be clearly labeled with the contents and destination. For additional security, it is recommended to use a tamper-proof seal.
